I am a healthcare professional and free time is a luxury that I don't have much of. With that being said, going through a divorce was something I was dreading. Ron has helped us more than once with some very difficult situations. What I like most about his office is their communication. Understanding that Ron may be in court and not always available goes with his trade. Leaving a message always got a response in a reasonable time. Not only a response, but usually a phone call instead of an email which I appreciate. Whenever there was a change in the status or important event, I felt like we were informed in a timely manner. Never felt like I was waiting to hear how things were unfolding. As a professional in audit services a keen sense has been developed in recognizing personalities and capabilities in people quickly. From the first consultation my comfort level was high that he would fight, explain, offer choices, listen to me, and most importantly be sensitive to the children that were involved in our case. We would use Ron's office again. It is not normal for me to post reviews but felt compelled to help others make a good choice. At some point I was just like you. Looking for a lawyer in a stressed situation, not knowing where to begin, what to expect, and who I could trust. Hope this helps someone in a difficult time to make a good decision.

I recently hired Ron Hendrix as my attorney for my divorce, and I could not be happier with the job that he did. Ron gave great advice when I had questions about Illinois divorce law and did a great job explaining what my options were whenever I had a question. He kept me informed about my case as it progressed and helped to move it along quickly even when my ex-wife and her attorneys were trying to move very slowly. He was always very quick to return my calls and respond to my emails. He conducted himself very professionally, and his billing policies were very fair and transparent -- I always knew what I was being billed for and never felt that I was being billed for something that was unnecessary. I would definitely recommend Ron Hendrix as a divorce attorney.

Met with Ron today and I have to say, he's a stand up guy. For my consultation we knew about midway thru that it would not be wise to take my ex back to court.
